The Launch of BRP Systems’ Loyalty Feature: A Fresh Initiative

When BRP Systems introduced the Loyalty feature, Endorfin was quick to see its potential. It felt new, fresh, and straightforward, says Emma Hurtig, a key figure at Endorfin. We’ve always been curious about new initiatives, especially those that don’t add extra work or take up more time. This one was well-planned, well-built, and quick to get started with.

For Endorfin, loyalty has long been a priority, with members often expressing a desire for a program that rewards their dedication. The introduction of the Loyalty feature was the perfect answer, aligning with Endorfin’s goal to encourage continuous training and better health among its members.

Seamless Integration and Member Engagement

The process of integrating the Loyalty feature was smooth and hassle-free. The only thing we needed to focus on was how to communicate and market the loyalty program to our members,” explains Emma. “We were provided with suggestions that made it easy to decide which products members could redeem with their points.”

The simplicity of managing the program through BRP’s admin system was a major plus, allowing the team to maintain clear and effective communication with their members. “We didn’t set specific numerical goals initially, but we were hopeful that our members would appreciate the initiative. So far, we’ve been monitoring visits, class attendance, and overall membership numbers, and the early indicators are promising.”

A Member’s Perspective: Inger’s Loyalty Journey

For Endorfin member Inger Olsson Wrang and Vivica Hurtig, the Loyalty program has been a surprising motivator. “I wouldn’t have come to the class today if it weren’t for my streak!” Inger exclaims.

“I usually skip Mondays, but I needed this one to keep my three-month streak going.”
The app’s clear communication of points and achievements has also impressed Inger.
“It’s very clear in the app when each class is completed and when I earn points. I’m already halfway to a free massage, but I’m also eyeing that gym bag or the toiletry case.”

 

Positive Reception and Recommendations

The response from Endorfin’s members has been overwhelmingly positive. “Members see it as an extra perk, and they love how easy it is to use,” Emma shares. “They don’t need to create an account, log in, sign up, or pay anything extra. Just check the app, train more, and get rewards.” What’s been particularly surprising is the enthusiasm from older members. “Our senior members picked up on it quickly and are very curious". 

When asked if she would recommend BRP’s Loyalty feature to other gyms, Emma’s response is clear: “There’s really nothing to think about—just go for it! It’s easy to get started, and the members love it. It’s been great to see the numbers and to already notice positive trends in increased visits, class participation, and purchases.”
