BRP plans to enhance BRP Loyalty with features like a "Refer a Friend" option and customized challenges, further solidifying the gym's role in fostering member engagement and loyalty
BRP Systems, in collaboration with Insert Coin, is advancing loyalty programs in the fitness industry by introducing BRP Loyalty, a fully integrated solution designed to improve member retention and engagement. Historically, fitness centers have faced challenges in retaining members, often lacking effective digital tools. BRP Systems aims to change that with a system that automatically rewards members based on their activities without requiring extra steps like signing up or logging in.
Michael Svanöe of Endorfin, one of the first gyms to implement this system, commented: “We’ve been thinking about creating our own loyalty system for years. Thanks to BRP’s integrated solution, we now have a seamless platform that members can easily track through the Endorfin app.” The positive feedback has been particularly notable among older members, who find the system user-friendly and motivating. Emma Hurtig, Endorfin’s marketing manager, added: “Members love the simplicity—just work out, check the app, and get rewarded”.
At 360 Träningscenter, co-owner Annie Fältman noted: “Our goal with this program is to create a more customized experience for our members. It allows us to better understand their behaviors and preferences, which helps us offer relevant rewards. This increases motivation and engagement, fostering long-term loyalty”.
According to Marius Andersson, product strategist at BRP Systems, the early results are encouraging. "Although it's early to make final conclusions about loyalty, we’ve already seen a 34% increase in monthly visits and a 19% rise in class participation”.
Insert Coin CEO, Carl Bjerkne, further highlighted that “well-implemented loyalty systems typically lead to at least a 20% increase in key metrics”.
Moving forward, BRP plans to enhance BRP Loyalty with features like a "Refer a Friend" option and customized challenges, further solidifying the gym's role in fostering member engagement and loyalty.
