We are looking for our Digital Marketing Specialist!

Join BRP Systems Group, encompassing both BRP Systems and Wondr, as a Digital Marketing Specialist and play a key role in building and optimizing campaigns that turn potential leads into long-term customers.

Your Mission:

As a B2B Marketing Specialist, you'll execute strategic, multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and fuel sales growth for two different products. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with a knack for innovation, collaboration, and delivering results.

What You'll Do:

Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, content syndication, and social media).
  • Focus on long-term pipeline growth with strategic planning and execution.
  • Nurture leads through optimized programs to convert MQLs into SQLs and demos.
  • Nurture different segment audiences or target accounts with account-based marketing.

SEO & SEM Expertise

  • Enhance content visibility using SEO best practices.
  • Leverage SEM fundamentals to align paid campaigns with organic strategies.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and manage integrated campaigns (digital advertising, webinars, events).
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics (ROI, conversion rates), and drive continuous improvement with A/B testing.

AI-Powered Marketing Activities

  • Innovate marketing strategies with AI tools (recommendation engines, email automation).
  • Automate tasks like lead scoring, customer journey mapping, and content scheduling.

Marketing Automation

  • Utilize platforms like HubSpot for streamlined campaigns.
  • Segment audiences and personalize outreach to maximize engagement.

Sales Collaboration

  • Align closely with sales to meet lead quality and conversion objectives.
  • Provide actionable insights and data to improve sales follow-ups and outcomes.

What You Bring:

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years in B2B lead generation, B2B digital marketing or digital paid ads.
  • Proven expertise in multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Salesforce Einstein, Google AI, or Adobe Sensei.
  • Analytical mindset for tracking campaign success and generating insights.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
